Questions

Things people ask

How does ordering work?
The menu for a collection day goes up here and on Instagram. You choose what you want, pick a collection window, and pay. Orders close a day and a half before the day itself, and everything is baked to order the morning you collect.
Why is there a minimum of a dozen?
Because that is how these are made. A dozen mini croissants is one tray and one proving; six is the same work for half the result. It keeps the price honest.
Where do I collect?
From a home kitchen in Milton, Ontario. The exact address and instructions come with your order confirmation rather than being published here.
Can I order for a different day?
Whatever collection days are open appear on the menu. If you need a day that is not listed, ask — especially for larger or custom orders.
Can I cancel?
Yes, yourself, for a full refund, right up until orders close for that day. After that everything in your order is already being made, so get in touch and Dania will help where she can.
Do you cater for allergies?
Every product lists what it contains and what it may contain traces of. Everything is baked in one home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and sesame, so we cannot promise anything is free of traces. If it matters, write to us before ordering and you will get a straight answer.
How should I keep them?
It depends on what you ordered, and each product page says. As a rule: viennoiserie is best the day you collect it and comes back to life with a few minutes in a hot oven; anything with cream or fruit belongs in the fridge.
Can you do something custom?
Yes — custom cupcakes, macarons in particular colours, dessert tables and larger orders. It is quoted rather than priced on a shelf. Send an enquiry and Dania will come back to you.
