Cancellations and refunds

This is being written properly rather than copied from somewhere else. In the meantime, ask us and you will get a straight answer.

What we do today, plainly:

You can cancel your own order for a full refund at any point until orders close for that collection day — a day and a half before.
After that, everything in it is already being made, so we cannot refund it automatically. Get in touch and Dania will help where she can.
If we have to cancel — illness, a bad batch, anything at our end — you are refunded in full, always.
